Please note that some of our hair products are all natural with no preservatives of any kind.  When ordering during the warmer months there are chances in which the cream can melt if not kept in a cool place.  If this happens, the product will still work as is.  If you have a hand held mixer it can be melted down and rewhipped. Due to this we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  If this may be an issue for you please order the oil in the summer months and the cream during the cooler times of the year.
